Mailer McGuire Kombucha was first hatched on a cycling adventure, riding from Vancouver to Mexico by owner and brewer, Rosie. Finding a well-made, tasty and healthy alternative to coffee or alcohol became a daily quest—especially in the afternoon or at the end of a hard day’s pedaling.
After returning home to Sydney, Rosie continued her search. She spent time developing a kombucha that offered the characteristics of a great craft beer, but with the benefits of a healthy, low sugar lift.
