Shipping and Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mailer McGuire Kombucha. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Processing your order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We will contact you if there are any delays.


We endeavour to do everything in our power to ensure you receive your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. If a package has been damaged in transit, please refer to our returns policy. 

To keep your kombucha from being in transit over the weekend, we ship orders on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For delivery to Sydney Metro we also ship on Thursdays.

Shipping is free on all orders over $48 Australia-wide.  We can only accept orders from within Australia and not international orders.

You are able to track your order using the tracking number sent to you via email after placing your order. If you need any assistance in tracking your order please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. 

Please note:

Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Your order should arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.



We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and provide photographs of the condition of the products and packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
