We endeavour to do everything in our power to ensure you receive your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. If a package has been damaged in transit, please refer to our returns policy.

NSW Online orders are dispatched on Tuesday.	Free shipping on orders over $85 ($15 flat rate for orders under $85)
QLD, ACT, VIC Online orders are dispatched on Tuesday.	Free shipping on orders over $120 ($15 flat rate for orders under $120)
SA, WA, NT, TAS	Shipping unavailable

Sadly, our bubbly kombucha can't make its way to South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. We want to ensure it arrives fresh as a daisy - so can't commit due to the potential lengthy travel time.

To minimise the chance of your order being in transit over the weekend we dispatch all online orders on Tuesday.

All orders will generally be sent via Amarex Australia, with standard delivery. If you'd prefer to have someone sign for the package when they receive it - let us know. Unfortunately we can no longer ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

We want your order delivered safe and sound so at peak shopping times (when couriers tend to get a bit backlogged, like Christmas, Black Friday etc), plus in extreme hot weather conditions that could affect our delicate products; please bear with us while we work extra hard on getting them out. In these instances, as soon as there's any delay we'll touch base right away.

You'll be able to keep an eye on your order with the tracking number we send you after your orders fulfilled. Just shoot us a message if you need help following it. Sorry international friends - orders are limited to Australia only at the moment.
