Tea Information

Blend: Assam black tea, orange peel, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, Tasmanian pepper berries, star anise, salt.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Water, organic cane sugar, live kombucha culture, chai tea blend.

Unpasteurised, low in sugar and vegan. Contains naturally produced organic acids, gut friendly bacteria and antioxidants.

Sugar content of all our kombucha is between 2g-4g per 100ml.

Process

We approach our blends in the same way as our single source kombuchas. We start by brewing a blend of hand-picked teas and botanicals into a rich, sweet liquor - this is then fermented slowly over 7 weeks, allowing each flavour to develop and harmonise, while acids work to create lush layers. Pure ingredients with no additions keeps these drinks focused and bright.

As a fermented drink this kombucha may contain trace amount of alcohol, less than 1.15% at time of bottling. Always store refrigerated.
