Tea Information

Variety: Green Tea

Whole leaf tea: Sencha (Uji, Kyoto, Japan)

Harvest: First flush of spring season (Ichiban Cha)

Process: Grown under full sunlight and immediately steamed after picking to prevent oxidation of the leaves. The leaves are then rolled and dried.

Ingredients and Nutritional Information

Ingredients: Water, organic cane sugar, live kombucha culture, Sencha green tea.

Sugar content of all our kombucha is between 2g-4g per 100ml.
